I have done some programming work before and have attended a couple conferences in the past few years to help me grow and learn in my career choice.
I worked as a Teacher’s Assistant at Brown College for a few months during my senior year. My responsibilities included tutoring students who struggled with programming logic and helping out in a classroom setting with students who were falling behind. I also helped develop part of the AI curriculum by writing pathing functions to get the NPC’s to follow or flee from the player in a realistic manner instead of a straight line.
I have designed, programmed, and released an iPod/iPhone game titled “Baby Dino Memory Match” through the software company WarpTheForm. This game is available for download from the Apple Application Store.
Last year I attended the Game Developers Conference in San Fransisco, California and then later that year I also attended the Game Developers Conference in Austin, Texas.
